Introduction:
- A twice deferred victim of COVID, some key birthdays for principal family members missed, presented the perfect opportunity to celebrate them all together for a joint 171st Birthday Party hosted at the client’s home.
Challenges:
- To deliver in all aspects of this multi-faceted one-off evening of back-to-back entertainment. A large-scale production, all-encompassing mega party with a surprise headline act that had been three years in the planning.
Solution:
- A six week build requiring cranes for the marquee installation, with three days of rehearsals all delivered down a single-track lane between permitted hours were required before this once in a lifetime multi-generational party.
- Adequate rehearsal time both on and off site for the entertainment acts and dancers.
Results:
- A project that was delivered beyond the wildest expectations of the client, guests and each and every member of the extended team. A once in a lifetime project we will savour forever. And an added bonus, we have been invited back again next year.
